Dear Grace and family,
It was with great sadness that I read the Image and learned of Bill passing. You were blest with a long happy marriage. Bill was one of the nicest men we had the honor of coming to know. He always greeted you with a smile and made you feel at home, either in the Senate hospitality room or in your home.
Before Ken died, we would often talk about the two of you wondering how you were doing. Making trips to the University of Delaware we would speak of you when the passed the turn to go to your home.
I'm sure Bill has connected with many Jaycees friends , who are with him in heaven. I hope he has seen Ken.
I lost Ken in June of 2008. He had COPD and just could not breath.. We have four grandchildren and Ken was blest to see them all. Keri, our oldest has twin boys who will turn 18 in June. Nicole has the girls. They are ten year old Ellen and twelve year old Paige. They both live in the Downingtown area with in ten miles of each other.
I just wanted to reach out to and let you know that I have all of you in my prayers as continue on your new journey. Bill will never ever leave you. He is with you every day living in your heart. Do not be afraid of all the good memories you have. They will help keep him alive in you. My love to you all and I praybthatbBill is resting in peace in the hands of Good. Betty Bethke
Nicole was here today and I told her about Bill and we had a wonderful chat about all of you. she says to me, that I can still remember how to get to their house. she sends her love to all.
