I will always remember Mr. Arters as a very sweet man who always had on a cap, those cool Harley Davidson suspenders and seemed to know everybody in the area. He will be one of Heaven's coolest angels and will become known for some very long-distance CB conversations. I remember his love for the CB and long talks with friends on it. You will always be in our hearts as a very friendly man who loved his family.

As a young child, I was lucky enough to spend a lot of time with my grandparents. I will never forget how Pop Pop would ride in, head held high, on his Harley...and everyone saying here.comes the "Keystone Cop!" I can still hear his big laugh and see that twinkle in those blue eyes when he knew he was going to get Grammy stirred up. Pop Pop, rest easy. No more pain and all the open fields and PA mountains you want. Love you always.
