Ronald L. Marshman

Ronald L. Marshman, Sr. of Lewes, Delaware, formerly of Downingtown, PA passed away on July 13th with his family at his side after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Ron was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving as a Sergeant in the Military Police in France and Germany. He continued his career as a Police Officer with the East Brandywine Police Department for 30 years retiring as a Lieutenant.

Ron was a car enthusiast always known for his love of Street Rods and Corvettes and his favorite pastime was attending car shows.

In addition to his wife Debbie, he is survived by his son Ronald (Anna) and step-children Gene DeCarlo (Susan) and Elysia DeCarlo Simmons (Brian); grandchildren Coralei and Vincent; his twin brother Donald and William (Priscilla).

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Ron’s memory.
