Paul C. Failla, age 78, of Newlin Township, PA, passed away to the arms of our Lord peacefully on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Neighborhood Hospice, West Chester, PA. Paul was born in Passaic, NJ, to the late Paul and Anna (nee Hohn) Failla.
Paul and his wife, Eileen M. Failla, were blessed to share 51 years of marriage. Paul was Owner of Certified Dental Alloys, a business he and Eileen established in 1979 and operated out of Washington Crossing, PA, where they lived for 28 years. There they belonged to St. George Church in Titusville, NJ. Paul and Eileen enjoyed taking care of their home and landscaping, spending an afternoon at the Shore, as well as traveling throughout the United States. Paul's kindness and generosity to others, strong work ethic, contagious joy, and love of his family have been the best of examples to his children and grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Paul is survived and missed by his loving wife, Eileen (nee Quinlan) Failla, son Paul J. Failla, daughter-in-law, Jamie Failla, and five grandchildren, Paul H., Sylvia, Gabriel, Angelo, and Salvatore Failla, and sisters, Paula and Rosemary.
An evening visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, 6:00-8:00 PM, at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335. On Wednesday, March 28, 2018, a visitation will be held at St. Joseph Church, 332 Manor Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335, 9:30-10:45 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Downingtown, PA 19335.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Paul’s name can be made to St. Joseph Church. Masses offered in Paul’s name are also greatly appreciated.
