Dennis Malcolm Mahan

Dennis Malcom Mahan, 77, passed away the morning of Friday, April 19, 2024 at his home surrounded by family. Known to all his friends as “Fish", Dennis was the son of the late Donald Holstein Mahan and Anna Elizabeth Mahan (nee Molnar), and husband of 20 years to Angela A. Mahan (nee George).

Anyone who knew Dennis will remember his love for Fishing, Harley Motorcycles, Antique cars/car shows, Old tv westerns/movies (especially Gunsmoke), his love of all animals, dogs and cats, watching his favorite Philly sports teams (Eagles and Phillies), sitting on the porch watching the birds and talking with the neighbors. After honorably serving his nation during the Vietnam War in the United States Air Force, Denny went on to work for the County of Chester as a Maintenance Supervisor at Pocopson Home.
Mostly, Denny will be remembered for the love he had of his family and friends.

In addition to his wife, Angie, Dennis is survived by, stepdaughter, Vanessa A. Delaney (Jesse Delaney), stepson, Robert A. Stoke Jr. (Heidi Stoke), 4 grandchildren, Liam, Henry, Charlotte and Dahlia, Numerous sister-in-laws & brother-in-laws, nieces & nephews as well as 2 pets Harley & Opal.

In addition to his parents, Dennis is preceded in death by sister Sandra Schultz, in 2001, brother Robert A. Mahan, in 2023.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Denny’s honor have been asked to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
