Carolyn A. Maher

Carolyn A. Maher, 70, of Downingtown, passed away on Tuesday August 28, 2018 at Park Lane at Bellingham in West Chester.  She was the beloved wife of Grant L. Maher, with whom she shared 35 years of marriage.

She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Mark Lynch.

Carolyn worked for Bell Telephone for 35 years and retired in 2001 as an Assistant Manager.  She enjoyed arts and crafts, especially sewing, knitting and coloring.  Carolyn was a true animal lover and adored her cats. 

In addition to her husband, Carolyn is survived by her son, Kyle Meier and his wife Kelly and by two grandsons, Brendan and Reed.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown.  Family and friends will be received from 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Interment will be private with the family.
