Bruce C. Grant

Bruce C. Grant, 73, of Glenmoore, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 17, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Barbara A. Wisdo Grant, with whom he shared 51 years of marriage.

Born on June 7, 1945, he was the son of the late Earl R. and Leah V. Wright Grant.

Bruce graduated from Upper Darby High School in 1964. He worked at G.E. in Philadelphia for ten years. He also served in the Navy from 1966 through 1968. Bruce was a Custom Home Builder for over 40 years. After retiring, he served on the Planning Commission Board for Wallace Township. He enjoyed art, music and travelling.

In addition to his wife, Bruce is survived by his son, Jeffrey C. Grant; his daughter, Deborah L. Grant; a brother, Roger Grant and his wife Sally; two sisters, Phyllis Waters and her husband John and Carol Henry and her husband Clyde; a brother-in-law, Robert Wisdo and his wife Sherri and by his granddog Pepe.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 21, 2018 at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown. Family and friends will be received from 10-11 a.m.

Interment will be private with the family.
