Richard T. “Tom” Kizer, 59, of West Chester, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at LifeCare Hospitals of Chester County.
Born in West Chester he was the son of the late Shirley Ortlip Madore.
Richard was an avid fan of Nascar, enjoyed making model cars, flea market shopping and traveling.
He is survived by his significant other, Mary “Dee” Taylor with whom he shared 13 years of love and companionship, his stepchildren Travis Taylor (Amy) and Luke Taylor, grandchildren, Elliana and Aidan; sister, Joanne Robinson. niece Melissa Baxter (Ryan) and nephew Randy Robinson.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 12:30 to 1:45pm on Thursday, April 27th at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, followed by a memorial service at 2pm.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to LifeCare Hospitals of Chester County, 400 East Marshall St., West Chester, PA 19380.
