Dear Family,
Please accept my sincere condolences. The painful sting of death is very overwhelming. Please know that God is "near to the brokenhearted and those crushed in spirit."(Psalms 34:18-19) Soon the God of all comfort will provide you permanent comfort when "all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out to a resurrection of life!"(John 5:28-29) jw.org

A boss, a mentor and a friend, Ricks passing leaves me stunned and truly sad. His tenacity, zest for life and his lead by example way... the consummate teacher, I never sat with Rick that I didn't learn something about life, business or myself.
