Wilma J. Hopkins

Wilma J. Hopkins, 87, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Sunrise of Exton. She was the wife of the late Lawrence E. Hopkins. 

Born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on December 28, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Zenith (Jones) Hudson. Wilma was a homemaker, raising her five children. She was an excellent cook, and had a great eye for home décor. Wilma love to travel, play the guitar, and sing. In honor of her entertaining residents while at Sunrise, they had her guitar re-strung and refurbished to show their appreciation. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. Wilma feared the Lord and loved her family.

Surviving are her children Deborah Goff, wife of Michael, LaDonna Penman, wife of Richard, Mark Hopkins and Kenneth Hopkins, husband of Pamela; eighteen grandchildren and forty-one great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Christopher Hopkins, three infant children, and sisters Pauline Hopkins, Jewel Collins, Magalene Simon, Joanne Hudson and her brother Joseph Hudson.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
