William Logan Bassett-Powell passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017. He was the beloved son of Dale Power of Paoli, PA and Bruce Bassett-Powell of Victoria, Texas. Born on November 6th, 1980 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Will grew up in Wayne and Paoli Pennsylvania. He became a talented chef and worked for many well-known restaurants throughout the country. He was happiest when he was by the sea with friends, family and dogs. Will loved his friends and had the ability to make everyone feel loved. Skateboarding and snowboarding and reading were interests he carried through his life. His charm and wry smile will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by his parents, his brother Stuart Bassett-Powell (wife Candice) of Farmington Hills, Michigan, his nephews Ben and Daniel Bassett-Powell and his former wife Liz Bradway of Cape May New Jersey.

A Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 5, 2017 in the Chapel of St. David's Episcopal Church, 763 Valley Forge Rd, Wayne, PA 19087. You will have a chance to speak with the family after service at a reception at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in the memory of William Bassett-Powell to the Gaudenzia House, 106 West Main St. Norristown, PA 19401.
