Todd M. McNeil

On Thursday November 19th, God held out his hand for Todd to come home. While on this earth, he blessed us with his wit, his free giving smile and his quick ability to laugh. 

Todd was a 1980 graduate of Downingtown High School. He then furthered his education by entering the Co-Op program at Drexel, working for the The Philadelphia Stock Exchange and Prudential Securities. Todd received his 1986 diploma in Business Administration. At Drexel he was the Chef at "Apple Pie" and could be found talking politics in the kitchen with his brothers. After college, his career expanded into opportunities as a Stockbroker, and a  Manager for Wawa. Todd's Wawa was always in the top ten in sales and his mentorship led employees onto greater advancement. His last position was as District Manager of the Department of Revenue,for the State of Pennsylvania.. 

Todd excelled at everything he put his mind too, most notably being a Father, a Son, a Brother, an Uncle, a Cousin and a Friend. He expressed loyalty, empathy, kindness and a lending hand to all who crossed his path in life. Todd firmly believed in volunteering and giving of yourself to those in need. When living in Philadelphia he was charitable with his time at a soup kitchen and generous with the homeless. Todd had many hobbies. His true love and passion for cooking, gardening and fishing made him a provider to his family and friends.

Todd is survived and cherished by his parents, Joseph and Wilma Bird, son Marcus, brothers Chad (Diana) McNeil, Jay (Cheryl) McNeil, sister Leslie (Tom) Kepler and his many beloved nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father Thomas E. McNeil.

Todd will forever be missed. We will always have the memories of his laugh and envision his loving smile.

A funeral liturgy will be held for Todd on Friday November 27, 2020 at 11 am from St. Joseph Church 338 Manor Ave Downingtown where family and friends may visit from 9:45 to 10:45 am.

( Covid 19 protocols will be in place and face masks must be worn at all times )

Interment St. Joseph.
