Thomas E." Mugsy" Milligan

Thomas E. “Mugsy” Milligan Jr., 73, of Downingtown passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020 at Chester County Hospital. The son of the late Thomas E. Milligan Sr. and Erma Mae Dreher, Mugsy was the loving husband of 40 years to Donna Marie Milligan (nee Hedl) until her passing in 2010.


Tom loved kayaking at Marsh Creek, having bon fires, attending Jazz & Blues festivals, catching up with friends and watching his 2 grandsons play ice hockey.

Mugsy is survived and remembered by his children, Sean Milligan and Denise Belknap (Tyson); grandson’s Zack and Sawyer; sister Frances Milligan.
      
A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 8, 2020, 10:00 AM at the James J. Terry Funeral Home 736 E. Lancaster Ave. Downingtown PA. A visitation will be held prior from 8:45 – 9:45 AM.
