Susan Elaine Brown

On July 23, 2019 Susan went to be with her savior, Jesus Christ. Take her hand, precious lord. Born March 31, 1948 in Wilmington, Delaware she was the daughter of the late John and Thelma Masucci. She was also predeceased by her brothers David and John as well as two sisters Jacqueline and Joan (McKinley).

Susan attended Lincoln University Masters Of Human Service program as well as D.C.C.C for sociology. She worked in the fields of drug abuse, mental health and HIV/AIDS. From working for the State of Delaware as a social service specialist, being a case manager at CCASS and counselor at Gaudenzia house, no matter where she ended up she always loved her occupations!

She leaves behind her beloved husband, Patrick (Russell) Brown of 45 years. Two estranged sons Jamie and Jeffrey White. Her daughter Keesa and son Jason Brown of Pennsylvania. Her grandson whom she raised as her own, C. Anthony Rochester. Granddaughters Ahjanae, Antyce, Serenity. Many other friends, family members and dearest friend Crystal Robertson. Susan loved the beach, dancing, cooking, traveling, holidays, yard sales, gardening, animals especially her cats Flash and Jazz. She attended St. Joseph’s church, but services will be private.

Her ashes will be scattered at her request to rest in the ocean for another lifetime. Butterflies and rainbows Mom-Mom.
