Steven R Crudden of Downingtown

Steven R Crudden, 34, of Downingtown, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Tiffany Trutt-Crudden, with whom he shared 5 years of marriage.

Born at the Philadelphia Naval Hospital, he was the son of Andrea Jean Collins Crudden and the late David W. Crudden.

In addition to his wife and mother, Steven is survived by his sister, Diane Martin and her husband Chad; a niece, Kyrstin Trutt, 2 nephews; Jace Trutt and Chad “CJ” Martin, Jr, along with several aunts, uncles, many cousins and friends.

Steven, a 2002 graduate of Coatesville Area Senior High School played trombone in the band, was a cadet with AFJROTC and a member of the Stage crew. Following high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp in Guantanamo Bay, Afghanistan and Iraq. Steven was employed as an IT specialist, most recently with Arconic Mill Products in Lancaster, PA.

He was an Eagles fan, an avid reader and a video game player. Steven loved spending time with his family, especially his niece and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 8, 2018 at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown. Family and friends may call from 6-7 p.m.

Interment will be private with the family.
