Steve Pincus, 51, of Downingtown, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 28, 2019. Steve is survived by his loving wife Pam with whom he shared 23 years of marriage. Together they have three beautiful children: Scott, Abigail and Samantha. He is survived by his parents Norman and Marilyn Pincus as well as his brother Cliff Pincus (Holly), Debra Pincus Steinberg (Robert), Linda Pincus Mannino, and many loving nephews, nieces, and dear friends.
Steve had been a Workers’ Compensation Manager in NYC. He survived the attacks at the World Trade Center on 9/11 and relocated his family to beautiful Chester County where his love for gardening, cooking and History flourished. He was known for giving away plants he cultivated, growing heirloom vegetables and sharing recipes with family and friends.
His greatest pride was his children of whom he was very proud. He was honored to be a Music Parents Association volunteer in the “Away Concessions” stand at the West Football games where he was a fryer. He enjoyed daily family dinners which included his “This day in History” trivia and daily affirmation for his faith and gratitude. Steve will long be remembered for his thoughtfulness and sincerity.
Relatives and friends are invited to honor Steve’s life on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at 1:30PM, at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335. Interment Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer, PA.
