Sandra R. Michalski (nee Wyliga), 70, of Coatesville, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at her home with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of John J. Michalski, with whom she shared 51 years of marriage.

Born in Scranton, Pa, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ursula Lipisko Wyliga.

Sandra was a wonderful homemaker, keeping a beautiful warm home and always cooking a great meal. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a good friend to all who knew her. Sandra enjoyed craftwork and sewing and was a proprietor of Weezie’s Corner in Clarks Summit, Pa. She was a parishioner of St. Peter Church in West Brandywine.

In addition to her husband, Sandra is survived by her children, Jeffrey G. and his wife Maria, Tracy M. Phillips and her husband Stephen and Chris and his wife Suzanne; a sister, Carol Young and her husband Larry and by eight grandchildren, Autumn, Cameron, Alexander, Samantha, Victoria, Tabitha, Joshua and Nathanial.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 20th at St. Peter Church, 2835 Manor Rd., West Brandywine, where family and friends may call from 9:00-10:45 a.m.

Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery, West Brandywine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Support Group at St. Peter Church at the above address.
