Russell M. Bono of Spring City, PA, age 74, passed away on April 18, 2018 at Paoli Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Russell was born in Norristown, PA to the late Gasper and Mary (Vargo) Bono.
Russell earned his associates degree at Pierce Business school. For over 30 years, Russell and his wife Noreen owned and operated the Phoenixville Food Terminal. He truly loved his customers, and his years of hard work reflected in the care of his business. In his spare time, Russell loved going the shore with his wife and friends. He often enjoyed going to dinner with family and friends. Russell was a friend to many and will be missed for his kindness and genuine nature.
In addition to his parents, Russell is preceded in death by his wife Noreen, who shared 39 years of marriage and his sister Baby Joan.
Russell is survived and missed by his brother William (Anne Marie) Bono, and by his children Michael (Carolyn) and Deborah Bono, Jamie Coulston (William), Jacqueline Zieber, Jennifer Burnette, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to Russell's Memorial Mass on Monday, April 23rd, 2018, 10:00am, at Holy Saviour Church, 407 E. Main St, Norristown, PA 19401, where friends may visit from 9-9:50am.
Interment will be private at All Souls Cemetery, Coatesville, PA.
