Raymond J. Perri Sr.

Raymond J. Perri, Sr., 64, of Thorndale,passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Chester County Hospital.  He was the beloved husband of Lisa Houghton Perri, with whom he shared 40 years of marriage.  

Ray was born February 14, 1955 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Raymond O. and Marjorie Perri. 

Ray enjoyed traveling with his wife.  He was an avid fan of Philadelphia sports, especially the Eagles and Phillies.  Ray enjoyed making limoncello and sharing with his friends.  On Sundays you could find Ray grilling and smoking meat. He loved playing a round of golf and a good glass of scotch.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Amanda Perri and his son, Raymond J. Perri, Jr., and his wife Stephanie. He is also survived by grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary, Grace.  He issurvived by his brothers Mark (Helen) andGlenn (Karen) and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Raywas predeceased by his brother Richard Perri. 

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown. A visitation will be held Monday, January 27th, from 6-8 PM, and Tuesday, January 28th, from 9:30–10:45 AM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
