Michael D. Scullin

Michael D. Scullin, 27, Downingtown, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

Born in Abington, he was the son of Mary Ellen Watson Houston and Terry J. Scullin, Jr.

Michael graduated from Downingtown West High School in 2012.  Michael will be remembered for his kind heart and curious soul. If he was not draining dozens of ball point pens creating detailed works of art, enjoying obscure anime movies, finding and consuming the hottest ramen noodles, delivering pizzas, or staying up all night playing ported versions of Quake and Diablo, Mike enjoyed talking to strangers and senior citizens. It fascinated him hearing what people know and remember and have been through. Never one to judge, Mike was always accepting and inclusive of others. Of his feline friends, Michael carries with him his love for Almond. He will be especially missed by his girlfriend, Delilah Payne. Together they shared some of the happiest days of his life.

In addition to his parents, Michael is survived by his twin Kaylie Canda and her husband Aaron, Heather Lawrence and her husband Christopher and Ally Scullin; his step-mother, Stacie Marchese Scullin; his maternal grandparents, Ellen and David Watson and his paternal grandparents, Terry and Carol Scullin.

Services will be private.
