Mary Elizabeth Wolfe, of Downingtown, PA, age 80, went home to be with the lord on Tuesday, February 6, 2018. Mary was born in Downingtown, PA, and was the daughter of the late George William Bird and Jennifer Loyd Ingram. Mary worked as a packing operator for Wyeth Laboratories for 23 years, and also worked at Pepperidge Farms for several years. Mary grew up on a farm, and lived her life as a simple and down to earth lady.

She had a heart of gold, and truly put others before herself in any situation. She adored her family, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by her family, and her beautiful spirit will always be cherished by her family and dear friends. Mary leaves behind her daughter Lisa Dampman and son Peter (Anne) Wolfe, 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 7 siblings, and many extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to Mary’s funeral services on Sunday evening, February 11, 2018, 6-8PM, at the Hopewell United Methodist Church, 852 Hopewell Rd, Downingtown, PA 19335, and again on Monday, February 12, 2018 a Hopewell Church, visitation times are 9:30AM-10:45AM followed by a funeral service at 11AM. Burial will follow to Hopewell Cemetery, Downingtown, PA.
