Marion C. Pegg

Marion Pegg, 94, born June 19, 1929 of the late Foster Pegg and Marion (Hannum) Pegg, died September 15, 2023 from CHF. She was preceded in death by her two brothers William F. Pegg and Robert H. Pegg. She is survived by three nephews Robert M. Pegg, William F. Pegg, Jr., both of North Carolina, and Thomas F. Pegg of Monroeville, PA. Also, by seven great nephews and one great niece.

Marion retired from Verizon after 39 years of service. She enjoyed traveling and was a lifelong Phillies fan. She served as an Eastern Star Worthy Matron. She volunteered at Surrey Services for Seniors for 20 years and performed in Surrey Players and Surrey Singers. She moved to Wellington in Hershey Mills in 2015 and resided there until her death.

Relatives and friends are welcome to a visitation on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 4 - 6 PM at James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335. A committal service will be held the following morning on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 10 AM at Philadelphia Memorial Park, 124 Phoenixville Pike, Frazer, PA 19355.
