Marian B. Crabb

Marian “Sam” Crabb, 90, of Downingtown died peacefully on May 8, 2018. Born in Chicago, IL, and raised in Denver, CO, she was a former resident of Paoli, Devon, and Hershey’s Mill. She majored in Home Economics at the University of Iowa, where she was a member of Delta Gamma and where she met her husband of 70 years, Ian Crabb. In addition to raising four children, she served as a bookkeeper for the former Wayne Book Store, the Westtown School, and Immaculata University. She was a talented seamstress and a life-long member of P.E.O. She is survived by her husband, sisters, daughters, sons, niece, nephews, grandsons, and great-grandchildren. No services will be held.
