Margery B. Lockwood

Margery “Marge” Lockwood, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at the Sunrise Senior Living of Exton, PA.

Marge was born in Edgmont, PA to the late Clyde Broadbelt Sr. and Edna F. (nee Bilderback) Broadbelt.

For over 50 years, Marge and her late husband James resided in West Chester. Marge was a sought out Real Estate Broker, and worked in the business close to 20 years.

Marge loved animals and appreciated the beauty of nature. While raising her family, she also kept many pets such as horses, dogs, and cats. She was a strong, kind, and intelligent woman, who put her family first, and enjoyed spending all her time with them.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James R. Lockwood Sr.; who passed away in April, 2018, brother Clyde Broadbelt Jr., and sister Linda Gabamy.

Marge is survived and missed by her two children; Lois L. Harrold, husband Andrew V. Harrold Sr).,  son James R. Lockwood Jr., wife Cammie Lockwood., 5 grandchildren; Kate Harrold, husband Jason Brueck, Andrew V.  Harrold Jr., Ian Harrold, Ashley and James M. Lockwood, 1 great grandson Maxwell James Brueck.

Relatives and friends are invited to Marge’s memorial services on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at 11AM, at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335, where family and friends will be received from 9:30AM-10:45AM.
