Lloyd J. Babcock, 85, of Chester Springs, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Paoli Memorial Hospital.
Born December 11, 1934, he was the son of the late David and Dorothy (Herrick) Babcock.
Mr. Babcock attended Haverford High School, Class of 1952. After graduating, he worked as a manufacturer’s representative for Sunbeam and then Norelco until co-founding a company which he ran until his retirement. He was a long-time member of Aronimink Golf Club, where he enjoyed playing golf and tennis. He was also a licensed private pilot for over 60 years. Lloyd is survived by his wife Kim (Jacobs) Babcock, son Raymond Babcock, and daughters Leslie Briley and Kathie McShea. He is also survived by two grandsons, four granddaughters, and sisters Janet Hocker, Sandra Kessler, and sister-in-law Nancy Babcock. IN addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, David.
Services will be conducted privately at the convenience of the family.
