John J. Malone Jr.

John Malone (Jack), age 72, passed away suddenly on 12/10/19 at his home in Downingtown, PA. Husband of Linda Petta Malone with whom he shared 44 years of marriage. Born in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of John and Mary (Mae) Malone. John was a Vietnam Veteran who served proudly in the U.S. Navy. He attended Bishop Neumann High School, Community College and Chubb Institute of Technology. John was a Programmer/Analyst before his retirement in 2008. He was a Democratic Committeeman serving West Bradford and was a member of the West Bradford Democrats. He enjoyed music, reading and lending a helping hand whenever he to anyone who needed it. His joy in life was his family. He is survived by his spouse Linda Malone, Daughters Kelly and Jessica Malone and Granddaughters Rachel and Taylor. The funeral service will be held on December 15, 2019 at 11:00 am at James Terry Funeral Home 736 Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA. Viewing/Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45am.
