Janet S. Reid

Janet S. Reid, 70, of Glenmoore, PA, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 31, 2019.

Janet was born in Boston, MA, on May 19,1949 and was a daughter to the late Robert and Helen Stanley.

In her spare time, Janet loved to garden and bake. Her passion was designing and making contemporary and primitive hand hooked rugs.  Janet was a juried artist, teacher and published rughooker.

Janet is survived by her husband Gary Reid, whom together shared 47 years of marriage, daughter Katherine Ann, son Robert Theodore, grandchildren Alex Degarmo and Liam Reid and sister Sandra Costos.

A Memorial service for Janet will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019, at 1:00 PM, at Central Presbyterian Church, 100 W. Uwchlan Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335.
