James Francis DiVeterano, 65 of South Coatesville passed away on September 11, 2018. Devoted husband of the late Sarah Char-Lee DiVeterano (nee Hannan).
Survived by his loving daughters, Michele Lee DiVeterano and Lisa DiVeterano Schnering (Francis Martin) his grandchildren, Francis Martin IV, Ryan James and Sarah Michele Schnering, his loving sister Josephine Oprouseck (nee DiVeterano), brother Carmen DiVeterano and the late Vincent DiVeterano, his late mother, Beatrice Emma DiVeterano (nee Gallera), late father Pellegrino DiVeterano, his loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jim is also survived by his loving partner, Kim Kruger and her family, Jodi, Matt, Cameron and Tyler Morris and Sean, Kerri and McKenzie Chrobak.
Jim was larger than life and loved by all, he was affectionately known as Jimmy, Jinx and DaddyHome and Poppy.
Jim loved music, concerts, corvettes, antique cars, scratch offs, Sci-fi, his family and his dogs.
Jim’s big and generous heart continued after his death with a donation to the Gift of Life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gift of Life www.donors1.org.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Mass of Christian Burial on Friday September 21, 2018 at 12pm at St. Joseph Church 338 Manor Ave, Downingtown. A visitation will be held Friday morning from 9:15am to 10:45am at the James J. Terry Funeral Home 1060 W. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville (Valley Twp. Location). Interment is private.
