I was friends and graduated from South Phila High School with Haywood in Jan, 1961 and I in June 1961. We were in a lot of the same rooms due to the first letter of our last names. We drifted apart after High School. I would have attended any services if I would have known of his passing. No words from me can better describe Haywood than those in his obituary. Rest In Peace my long ago friend, Louis Gibson . . .
