Donna B. Zeigler

Beloved mother, grandmother and wife, Donna (Bruno) Zeigler, 71, of Downingtown, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021, after a courageous battle with brain cancer surrounded by her family.

Born in Bryn Mawr, Donna was the daughter of the late George S. and Catherine (Donohue) Bruno. She was the caring wife of Richard E. Zeigler who she shared 42 years of marriage with.

Donna’s jovial spirit was contagious and her smile could light up a room. She carried her love of dance and music throughout her life. Always ready for a new adventure, Donna was an avid traveler. You could always find her pool side in the summer, reading a great book, with her four-legged best friends enjoying a martini. In addition to her husband, Donna is survived by her children: Diana Robbins, wife of Mark, of West Chester, and Mark Zeigler, husband of Yena, of West Chester. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Lyla and Keira; sister: Rosemary (Jackie) Crecco, wife of the late Anthony Crecco and numerous extended family members who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 11 AM at St. Agnes Parish, 233 W. Gay St., West Chester. A visitation will be held from 9:30-11 AM at the church. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
