Cynthia M. MacDonald

Cynthia M. MacDonald, 60, of Glenmoore, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Chester County Hospital. She was the loving wife of John F. MacDonald.

Born in Phoenixville on January 10, 1962, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Marie (Frizzell) Yiaski. Cindy graduated from Owen J. Roberts High School and went on to become a Mortgage Broker, of which she excelled. She attended St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing piano, doing crossword puzzles, and most especially, loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her husband John is a daughter Monica M. MacDonald of Downingtown, son Daniel J. MacDonald of Glenmoore, step-children Jason Whiteman of Lancaster, Nicole MacDonald of Coatesville, John MacDonald, husband of Nikki, of Glenmoore, and Ryan MacDonald, husband of Sarah, of Parkesburg; grandchildren K’nore, Autumn, Brendan, Keely, Ryannann, Mason, John, Chase, Cayden, Aubrey, Grayson, Finley, Teagan, Jackson and great grandson Mateo; sisters Jayne Droge and Valerie Yiaski; and her beloved dog, Cooper.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at St. Basil the Great Parish, 2330 Kimberton Rd., Phoenixville, PA 19460.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Cindy’s memory to the ASPCA.
