Cheryl A. (Slivinski) DiGiacomo

Cheryl A. (Slivinski) DiGiacomo, 65, of Honey Brook, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at the University of Pennsylvania Chester County Hospital, West Chester, PA.

Born in Wilkes Barre, PA, she was the daughter of the late Louis L. and Margaret Buzak Slivinski.  She graduated in 1974 from Wyoming Valley West High School, Plymouth, Pennsylvania.

In her early years she was an accomplished swimmer, winning trophies for breaststroke. She, also, danced in a Polish dance troupe which was the headliner for the picnics at Sans Souci Park. Her career spanned various positions in the insurance industry. She was caring, mischievous and fun-loving. Cheryl will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

Cheryl is survived by her sons, Michael A. Shales and Curtis L. Shales (Sara); fiancé, Derek H. Ray; sisters, Lois Santopietro (Sam) and Joyce Christner (Jan); granddaughter, Brooklynn Shales and a bratty chihuahua, Gomez.

Upon determination of a date and time, services and interment will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Wyoming, PA. Details will be posted on Facebook.
