Caroline I. Ellison, 18, of Exton, tragically passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Paoli
Hospital after injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born in West Chester, she was the beloved daughter of David J. and Bridget Dolan Ellison.
Caroline graduated from Downingtown East High School in 2018 where she was on the
Swim and Dive team. Caroline had attended James Madison University and was on a path to study small business as an entrepreneur. She was an extreme animal lover and had her own dog hospitality business, sitting and walking dogs. Caroline was happiest when surrounded by animals, friends and her many family members.
In addition to her parents, Caroline is survived by her brothers, James D. and Michael C.
Ellison; maternal grandparents, Sharon C. and Paul J. Dolan; paternal grandparents,
Marilyn A. and John M. Ellison and by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, May 17, 2019 at St. Elizabeth
Church, 100 St. Elizabeth Drive, Chester Springs. Family and friends will be received from
8:30-10:00 a.m.
Interment will be private with the family.
Arrangements are being handled by the James J. Terry Funeral Home, Downingtown.
