Shannon was my supervisor at Alliance for Better Housing. I always valued her honesty and guidance. She is one of the many strong women I have been blessed to have as part of my life. I will always remember and carry forward her mentoring. Mike, may you cherish the memories and may they help you move forward. Blessings.

I had did trainings at the house for Shannon's staff and Michael would cook us these beautiful dinners.
Shannon was a very warm and kind hearted person and they were a loving couple.
Michael, take just one day at a time.

Mike, I have no words to express my condolences in your loss of Shannon. I do know she was a strong, funny and a very warm and giving person. She gave you food for thought and could make you laugh. I know it's not been an easy road you both went down. But, I pray God gives you comfort and strength in your time of sorrow. Know the hope in each tomorrow as you go on with all the memories that you and Shannon made together.
Prayers and Wonderful Memory's
Laura

Shannon was my youth leader at Govans and also my good friend. We went on Mission trips to South Carolina, West Virginia, and even Ireland and Scotland. She took me to ball games, breakfast at our favorite Overlea Diner, and to the movies. Shannon was always generous with her time and friendship. I was very happy when she told me she met a "really great guy" named Mike and was honored to be at their wedding! Shannon will be greatly missed by her friends and family and for all of those lives she touched and made a difference. The world is bit sadder now, but heaven has truly gained an angel! We will miss you!

I only met Shannon once but my heart was warmed by how warm, funny, and inviting she was. She will be missed by many. May she rest in peace.
Love,
Jon

Uncle Mike, we are so very sorry. This is a loss for our whole family. I know that the kids and I will always remember our crab fests and Knoebels trips. Aunt Shannon always made sure to think of something special for the kids on birthdays and christmas. Between personalized Christmas trees to books of their interests. Shannon sure will be missed in the family. Love you
