Sean James Magowan, 28, of Coatesville, passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at his home.

Born in Coatesville, he was the beloved son of John J. and Mary Alice C. Dominick Magowan and the brother of Brian J. and Brandon T. Magowan.

Sean was currently working as an Equipment Manager for Pinnacle Stone Products. He was a true music buff, attending outdoor concerts and collecting old albums and record players. He also enjoyed traveling and reading biographies.

In addition to his parents and brothers, Sean is survived by his maternal grandmother, Mary Alice Dominick; paternal grandmother, Gertrude E. Magowan and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Harry J. Dominick and by his paternal grandfather, James D. Magowan.

An evening visitation will be held on Friday, February 16th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and again from 9:30-10:45 a.m., Saturday, February 17th at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 1060 W. Lincoln Highway, COATESVILLE, followed by his funeral service at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be private with the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a music charity of one’s choice.
