Robert Stephen Paterno, age 69, of Exton, PA, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017, at the Hickory House, Honey Brook, PA. Robert was born in Jamaica Queens, NY, to the late Salvatore and Gertrude Paterno. Robert served in the Marine Corps in 1969. For 35 years, Robert worked as an electrical engineer for Cypak and Cyklop International. Robert was a faithful member of the Downingtown Bowling League, and APL Pool Hall.
Robert is survived and missed by his 3 sons; Anthony (Devon), Salvatore (Sandy), and William (Danielle) Paterno, brother Fredric Paterno, and 7 grandchildren; Ty, Reese, Luke, Nate, Damian, Dominic, and Vince Paterno.
Relatives and friends are invited to Robert’s funeral services on Sunday, September 17, 2017, visitation will be from 12-2PM, at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335. Burial will be held privately at Oaklands Cemetery, West Chester. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Robert’s name can be made to the Hickory House Nursing Home, 3120 Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook, PA 19344.
