Pamela G. Brown, 76, formerly of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at Freedom Village - Brandywine.
Born in Abington, PA on May 16, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Harriett Brown. Pam received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and German at Penn State. Pam was a faithful member of Church of the Savior, and traveled as a missionary in several countries. Pam’s occupation was a computer programmer. Her other interests include Star Trek, Germany, flower shows, Chinese food and furthering her education.
Surviving is her sister Phyllis Brashear, and her niece Brit Brashear; also surviving is her beloved cat and companion Petunia; as well as close friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 11 AM at James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335. Visitation will be from 10 - 11 AM prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at 1:30 PM at Mount Sharon Cemetery, 502 E Springfield Road, Springfield, PA 19064. Due to the distance to the cemetery, and concern for the safety of the funeral attendees, there will be no procession from the funeral home. All attending the burial will meet at the entrance of Mount Sharon Cemetery off of E Springfield Road at 1:30 PM, where the funeral home staff will give further instructions.
