Donald E. Heller, 87, of Honey Brook, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret L. Denny Heller, with whom he shared 63 years of marriage prior to her passing in 2015.

Born in Sugarloaf Twp., Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Alvin and May Mintzer Heller.

Donald proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He then worked and retired from JM Schmidt Precision Tool Company. Donald was a master at stained glass art, was an avid fisherman and enjoyed RVing, hiking and gardening.

He is survived by his three children, Alan D. and his wife Alyce, Robin D. and his wife Kelly and Jo Ann Fregede and her husband Edward; a brother, Alvin “Bud” Heller, Jr.; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown where family and friends will be received from 9:45-10:45 a.m.

Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, West Chester.
