Bertha May DiPietro of Exton
Bertha A. DiPietro, 75, of Exton, passed away on Monday, February 29, 2018 at her residence.
She was the widow of Paul E. DiPietro who passed in 1989. They would have celebrated 25 years together the year he passed.
Bertha was the daughter of the late Earnest C. and Gladys (nee Price) May.
She enjoyed gardening, bowling and working on cars and was a member of SS. Philip and James Church in Exton.
She is survived by her brother, Donald E. May, Sr. and wife, Susan; three nephews, Donald May Jr, Stephen and William Dudley; one niece Kimberly (May) Legates, 5 great-nephews, Dylan May, Noah Legates, Joseph Dudley, Nicholas Dudley, Stephen Dudley, 4 great-nieces Abigail Legates, Jessica Dudley, Kristin Dudley, Rachel Dudley.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Barbara May Siever.
A morning visitation will be held on Monday, February 5th from 10 to 11 am at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown, immediately followed by a liturgy service celebrated by Rev. Joseph C. Dieckhaus, Pastor of Ss. Philip and James Roman Catholic Church.
Interment will be in Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer.
